User Accounts
1. Click User-List on the menu bar

2. Click on Add New User

3. Complete User Information

User Information | Requirement | ||||

User Name | Use First and Last name with no space. | ||||
Password | Must contain one lowercase character, one uppercase character, one numeric character, and should be at least 6 characters. |
NOTE:
Give the password to the account user so they can login to their account for the first time. When the account user logs in to their account for the first time they will be prompted to change the password to their unique password.Confirm Password | Retype the password exactly as originally typed. Group | Select the group type, which is based on the access privileges. | ||||
Branch Location | Select the location of the health center. |
NOTE:
The selected health center location will be connected to the username and password for this account. This means the staff member will only be able to see patient data from the selected location.NOTE:

Contact Phone | Enter area code + phone number + extension number (e.g., 000-000-0000, ext. 000). |
4. Click the Add button after the user information is completed

5. Click the Ok button to the message "User has been created successfully.”

6. Clicking Ok will add the user account
7. Click on User List located on the main menu bar to ruturn to the user list. The new users name and information will appear on the user list

1. Enter the User Name.
2. Enter the Password (Created by the account administrator).
3. Click the Login button.
4. Enter the Password again.
5. Enter the New Password.
6. Enter the New Password again to confirm the password is correct.
7. Choose a Security Question from the menu.
8. Enter your personal Security Answer to the question.
9. Click on the Save button.

10. Click the OK button to the message "Security information has been updated successfully.”.
11. Clicking the OK button will return you to My Profile. The password and security question are successfully updated.
1. Click on User List located on the main menu bar.
2. Click on Details.
3. Click the Delete button.
4. Click the OK button to the message "Are you sure that you want to delete this User?".
5. Clicking “OK” will delete the user account and will return you to the List of Users. The users name and information will be deleted from the List of Users.
1. Click on My Profile located on the main menu bar.
2. Click on Change Password.
3. Enter existing Password.
4. Enter the new Password.
5. Enter New Password to confirm the password is correct .
6. Click on the Change Password button.
