Reports
1. Click on Check-In located on the main menu bar.
NOTE:
A patient report can be found by searching the "First" and "Last" name, and "Location".NOTE:
Reports can be searched by "Location" and/or by "Custom Date" range.NOTE:
The "GPRA Reporting Period" is the default reporting period.2. Click on + box for the patient you want to select.
3. Click on the link Behavioral Health Secreening Report.
NOTE:
A "RED" link means the report contains a "Positive" screen. A "BLACK" link indicates that all screenings are a "Negative" result.4. The Behavioral Health Screening Report displays the exact answers given by the patient at the kiosk for each screening measure. If there is a positive screen for any screening measure, Screendox will display the score and and what the score indicates. Screendox also displays the Screendox record number, report date, report time, and branch location.

2. Reports display the number and percentage of people who screened positive and negative for each problem by severity level and age group. You can generate reports for all locations, by individual site locations, and customized date ranges.
