A Patient Demographics Record can be created for each patient if turned ON in System Tools. This information becomes part of the patient’s Screendox Visit Record and aggregated demographics report (see Reports below). Patient Demographic Information collected include:

If a patient enters the name of a non-federally recognized tribe or village, the name will be reported.

Manage Visits

In System Tools, each screening measure can be individually selected to create a Visit Record when a patient screens positive for the problem(s) selected. Screendox creates a real-time patient list for providers to deliver intervention services at the time of the medical appointment. A new Visit Record is created each time a patient screens positive for the problem(s) selected. The Screendox Visit Record creates a standardize visit protocol with drop-down menu options and free-form text boxes

    Screendox offers special features and system tools that allows for customization

    Electronic scoring of screening measures

    Screendox scores each screening measure for you and generates a real-time clinical report for each patient that shows each question asked, the answer, the score, the level of severity, and the recommended treatment action

    Electronic export to the EHR

    Medical staff members can electronically export Screendox records to the EHR through the export feature or Screendox can be set to export records real-time with its automated export feature in System Tools

    Frequency option

    The screening frequency of annually, quarterly, bi-monthly, monthly, or every visit can be set for each screening measure in System Tools. Screendox knows when a patient needs to be screened according to the frequency setting

    On/Off option

    Screendox will only ask patients questions for the screening measures that are turned ON in System Tools

    Minimum age option

    Screendox will only ask patents questions if they meet the minimum age requirement set for each screening measure in System Tools

    Visit settings

    Screendox will create a Visit list by patient name for patients who screen positive for the screening measures turned ON in Visit Settings in System Tools

    Age groups

    Screendox can create custom age groups for reports and reorganize the reports according to the age groups created

    User accounts
